House Rules

You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect during your stay.

During your stay

• Maximum of 7 guests.
• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
• No pets.
• Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.
• Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
• No parties or events.
• No commercial photography.
• No smoking inside the property.
• No candles, open flames, or incense are permitted inside the property.
• Please do not move furniture between rooms.
• If anything is accidentally damaged during your stay, please let us know before check-out so we can resolve it quickly.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in is from 15:00.
• Check-out is before 10:00.
• Self-check-in is available via lockbox.

Before check-out, please:

• Place used towels in the bathroom.
• Load the dishwasher.
• Dispose of rubbish in the bins provided.
• Turn off the oven and coffee machine.
• Close all windows.
• Lock up securely.
• Return the keys as instructed.
